The gas turbine generator set is composed of gas turbine, generator, elastic shaft, control and protection system, electrical system, fuel system, lubricating oil system, chassis, sound insulation box, air intake system, gas turbine exhaust ejection section, and engine room ventilation system.

The unit base is an integral chassis, the gas turbine is installed on the gas turbine support device of the unit base, the generator is installed on the generator mounting seat of the unit base, and the gas turbine output shaft is connected to the generator output shaft through a coupling. The core components of the control and protection system, electrical system, fuel system, lubricating oil system, etc., such as electrical and fuel conditioning systems, starting boxes, AC and DC cabinets, etc., are also installed on the base of the unit, and are centrally arranged on one side of the unit. A sound insulation box is installed on the base of the unit, which together with the chassis constitutes the core part of the generator set - the main engine room. A nacelle inlet muffler is installed on the side of the generator end of the sound insulation box, and a nacelle exhaust muffler is installed on the top of the sound insulation box at the gas turbine end. An air-cooled radiator for the lubricating oil system is installed at the rear of this muffler. The unit air intake system is installed on the top of the sound insulation box, and the air intake muffler and the elbow with sound insulation measures are installed on the top of the main cabin. The transition section, the soft connection and the intake volute of the intake system are located in the sound insulation box, and the intake volute is communicated with the intake passage of the gas turbine. A gas turbine exhaust injection section is arranged between the exhaust end of the gas turbine and the bulkhead of the sound insulation box near the gas turbine end.


The power plant of the gas turbine generator set adopts a gas turbine. The generator of the unit is a three-phase AC synchronous generator. The cylindrical pin type elastic coupling is used to connect the output shaft of the gas turbine and the input shaft of the generator. The elastic coupling can ensure normal operation under the condition that the runout is not more than 0.15mm.

The control and protection system of the gas turbine generator set is mainly composed of digital electronic controller, auxiliary control box, main control cabinet, notebook computer, signal acquisition components and various executive components. Its control function is relatively complete, has high reliability, and has anti-electromagnetic interference and anti-vibration capabilities. The main controller implements automatic control over the start-up, on-load operation and shutdown of the unit, and has the function of regular inspection of the main equipment during shutdown. The main operating parameters of the unit are provided with two-level protection of alarm and emergency shutdown, and the specific reasons for all alarms and emergency shutdown are displayed through the display. When the specified operating parameters reach the first-level set value, the control and protection system will issue an audible and visual alarm signal; when the operating parameters reach the second-level set value that threatens the safety of the unit, a protective emergency shutdown will be implemented, and a The central control room issues a shutdown signal. At the same time, the control and protection system automatically records the operating parameters within the last 3 minutes before the shutdown every second.

The electrical system is mainly composed of AC and DC cabinets, starting boxes, connecting cables and combined power cabinets outside the main engine compartment, including battery packs, chargers, transfer switches, etc. It mainly completes the external supply of AC power from the unit and the input and output of the unit's own electricity, as well as the control function of the AC electrical appliances of the unit.

The fuel system of the unit is mainly composed of daily fuel tank, fuel thickness filter, fire valve, electro-hydraulic adjustment system, stop valve, residual fuel tank and connecting pipeline, etc., to complete the transportation, filtration and flow adjustment of fuel required for the work of the unit. and other functions.

The lubricating oil system is mainly composed of lubricating oil tank, filter, pipeline and air-cooled radiator, etc., and completes the functions of storage, supply, filtration and heat dissipation of lubricating oil required by the gas turbine.

The base of the unit adopts an integral chassis, which is mainly welded by channel steel, I-beam and steel plate. The chassis is provided with a gas turbine support device and a generator mounting seat; pipelines, electrical wires and other auxiliary components of the combustion and lubricating oil systems Mounting fixtures for equipment.

The cooling air intake of the generator is directly inhaled from the main engine room, and the exhaust ports are located on both sides of the generator. One is discharged out of the main engine compartment by the axial flow fan. The outlet of the exhaust muffler in the main engine room is connected to the secondary muffler pipe, and the hot air after heat dissipation is discharged to the outside of the workshop.

The air intake system of the gas turbine is mainly composed of an intake muffler, an elbow, a transition section, a soft connection and an intake volute. The intake air of the gas turbine is directly inhaled from the workshop, and the air contains less dust. An intake volute composed of an intake inner and an outer shroud and a casing is set at the intake port of the gas turbine to make the intake of the gas turbine smooth and uniform and reduce the loss of intake flow resistance. The connection between the volute and the gas turbine and between the volute and the transition section fixed on the upper part of the sound insulation box adopts the "soft connection" method. The volute casing adopts a split form to meet the installation requirements for dismantling the gas turbine.
